In the past30years.With the improvement of people’s living standars,Gas produts were necessaryfor every household,domestic gas appliance industry has been rapid development.By2012, China has become the world’s largest household gas appliances consumingcountry. China’s gas stove production reached28,578,00.gas water heater productionreached11,212,000.ZhongShan city as the center of the domestic gas industry, gas appliance industryhas maintained a faster rate of development from the late1980s.2012, ZhongShan city,the number of gas water heater certified manufacturers in ZhongShan city accounted for56%of the national total, gas stove certified manufacturing in ZhongShan cityaccounted for25%of the country’s. the cluster advantages are obvious, Vantage,Evergreen and Ouyi in ZhongShan city are the famous brand in the industry, especiallyVantage had become the designer and manufacturer of the torch of the Beijing OlympicGames, Asian Games in Guangzhou and Shenzhen Grand Canal, is to become the leaderof the domestic gas industry,the gas appliance of ZhongShan becoming more influential.ZhongShan Gas Appliance industry bigger and bigger scale, but suffering from theeffects of cottage products, cottage not only affect the interests of informal enterprises,but also damage the overall image of the ZhongShan Gas Appliance.This article is based on the context, ZhongShan Gas Appliance industry byresearch status quo, combined with the development goals of ZhongShan, the lack ofanalysis of the existing management policy, and discuss at a more effective not only toincrease the gas appliance industry cluster effectmode and can effectively upgrade andboot cottage in the gas industry.The thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter introduces the contributionof this thesis the background, the purpose of the study and this article, and theframework of the thesis and research methods are described; Chapter II through the gasappliance industry on the domestic and ZhongShancluster analysis, to explore theproblem of cluster governance; Chapter depth business and market research, and explore by way of questionnaires and interviews research, statistical analysis of data,summarize the reasons for the formation of the cottage;Zhang proposed a new model ofgovernance by government, industry associations and large enterprises angle; ChapterIn conclusion, a major retrospective thesis research methods, the course of the studyconcluded.
