If we can't adjust in time to the international legislations, the quality inspection organizations of China will be challenged seriously. Nowadays these are quasi-administrative and their reform is be oriented to market.By the research into the corporation administration and introducing the central conception of market competition mechanisms, the quality inspection organizations should be conducted in accordance with the mechanisms. So for one thing they can effectively regulate the health, safety and quality concerning to production, consumption and transaction, etc to maintain the social impartial and stability.
