In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic telecommunications industry, the mobile business has grown rapidly over the market is becoming more and more saturated, Z telecommunications company, operating as a branch of China Unicom in the Z city, the company operating Integrated Telecommunication Services, mobile business income is the pillar of the company’s revenue. Z is located in the western mainland, an annual Spring Festival travel season to bring a lot of returning home crowd, the industry said that the special the market Return Home Market. During this period the development of the user, the new market share is to protect the focus of the annual revenue goals.The Return Home Marketing is time-sensitive, wide geographical coverage, the participating departments, marketing campaign management difficult; same time, fierce competition in the market and customer needs change, put forward higher requirements for the design of the marketing program of activities and events organization. In order to improve the management level of the Return Home Marketing activities, and to safeguard the realization of marketing objectives, I propose that the project management system, the method is applied to the Return home marketing campaign management.Through operational analysis of the past Return Home Market activity for the Z telecommunications company, I believe that shortcomings in goal setting, program design, work breakdown, coordination and communication, cost management, risk management and assessment of activities, put forward the application of project management to effectively solve the problem, Return Home Marketing activities to protect the marketing objectives to achieve.Through knowledge of the system applied research part of the five process groups and nine knowledge areas of project management of the next year returnees marketing activities, the author proposes:Key aspects and processes affect the marketing effectiveness of combing and recommendations for improvement; Marketing and management of knowledge as a key expertise in marketing efforts to the Return Home Marketing in the systematic application of methods of marketing projects.Through this research, I think:project management applications in the Z telecommunications company marketing activities, will conducive to objective the formulation of marketing objectives, optimize marketing programs to enhance the efficiency of the implementation, enhance the level of integrated management of the company, to promote the cultivation of talent.Author combines his experience in telecommunications engineering construction and management of business operations for many years to do some superficial exploratory study the Return Home Marketing activities in the application of project management system, hoping to help the company’s management to enhance, for similar businesses provide some reference.
