With the increasingly fierce competition in China's automobile market,the profits of sales and service are gradually declining,and more and more automobile dealerships are facing tremendous pressure.In order to alleviate this unsightly situation,auto dealership enterprises have taken the initiative to launch various auto market sales activities in an effort to improve their car sales performance and occupy more market share,hoping to grasp their future in their own hands.Business marketing activities need to be managed,car dealerships are no exception,only through the management of marketing activities can improve the effectiveness of enterprise marketing activities and efficiency.In the current rapidly changing automobile market,the traditional extensive and process-based management model is becoming more and more incapable of being adapted to seek more scientific,mature and effective management methods.In particular,the attempt to project management ideas and methods has become the current number of automobile distribution enterprises new impetus for development under difficult circumstances.Based on the above background,the selection of automotive sales activities carried out by Chengdu Dacheng Automobile Sales & Service Co,Ltd.("JDC")is a case study.According to the actual situation of the dealer's car sales activities,the author has many years of experience in sales management in the automotive industry.,Trying to transform the original process management model into a modern project management model,and focusing on the combination of WBS,network planning technology,various types of analysis charts and car sales activities in project management,to propose the Chengdu JDC company car sales activities Project Management Research Analysis.Through the application of plans and controls for progress,cost,quality,and risk in the actual case of "New Car Release" sales activities,this article summarizes some effective project management experiences and methods,and enhances the management level of JDC's car sales activities.The full text is divided into six chapters.Firstly,based on the background and the significance of the research,the thesis summarizes the research dynamics of project management in domestic and overseas marketing areas.Then it begins the related theoretical review of marketing project management to lay the foundation for the study of the thesis;The analysis of the sales model,car sales process,and sales activity management problems explored the current situation of JDC's car sales activity management and the need for project management.Then,according to the project management idea,the paper sorted out the time management and costs involved in car sales activities.The key elements of management,quality management and risk management are used to analyze the project management mode of JDC's auto sales activities.The next step is to focus on the implementation of project management of JDC's car sales activities,mainly combined with the actual development of JDC's auto sales activities.From the start of the project,planning,control and closing,and other important aspects,the Company verified the case of JDC's “new car release” sales activities,and analyzed the project management effect of the “new car release” sales activities;finally summarized the full text,refining Conclusions want.This article applies the ideas and methods of project management to the marketing management of one of the core functions of automobile distribution enterprises and promotes the pilot reform of the project management in the automobile sales activities so as to expect to improve the management level of the automobile sales activities of JDC in an all-round way,Its theoretical research results and practical experience,JDC companies and other 4S shop for the car sales activities,as well as car sales industry to provide valuable reference.
