Research On The Construction Of Rural Old-age Security System In China

At present our country is in the important period of building a harmonious society and constructing of the new socialist countryside. Building a new socialist countryside is not only the rural economic development, also includes the rural old-age insurance system. The contradiction between the aging problem the biggest dilemma facing the present rural area is increasing and has been difficult to continue to maintain the family pension. China’s rural known as respecting the traditional culture, has always been based on the family pension, but due to the economic development, the rural family scale, family organization tends to the core, the proceeds of land decreased obviously, young population with a large number of outgoing, endowment pattern of these changes on the rural family constitutes a direct impact, but also put forward new requirements for the rural social pension.This paper is divided into five parts, the introduction part discusses the research background and significance, review of research at home and abroad, and the research method and the innovation point. The fourth chapter, from the:three aspects of rural social endowment insurance system, namely the three aspects of the legal system of rural social endowment insurance system, rural minimum living security system, rural cooperative medical system and summarizes the recommendations for improvement; and summarizes the rural social old-age security system of social support to improve, including the old-age culture, basic guarantee effect of pension service industry, continue to play the family pension three contents.
