Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Integrated Development Of Urban And Rural Areas In Yichun City

The Third Plenary Session of the17th CPC Central Committee made the basic judgement that China as a whole had entered the phase of development for industry promoting the development of angriculture and cities driving the development of rural areas, had stepped into the critical moment of accelerating the transformation of traditional agriculture and taking the road of agricultural modernization with Chinese characteristics, and had stepped into an important period of making efforts to get rid of urban-rural dual structure and forming the new pattern of integration of urban and rural economic and social development.lt also put forward the fundamental requirement to speed up the formation of the new pattern. The integrated development of urban and rural areas is a strategic initiative that is put forward by the CPC Central Committee in the new situation and it is an objective requirement to practice the scientific concept of development, to deeply adjust urban and rural development relationship,to comprehensively solute the "three rural" issues, to promote sustainable economic and social development and to build a harmonious society.Although Yichun’s urban construction and economic development have made significant achievements in recent years, the problems of a high proportion of the rural population and the urban-rural dual structure still exist currently.To study the integrated development of urban and rural areas in Yichun City and accumulate the experience and approaches, and then to explore a way of accelerating urbanization, industrial development effectively driving public services in rural areas continue to extend to the rural, a way of steadily pushing forward the modernization and industrialization of agriculture and pushing forward the gradual ecologicalization and civilization of rural communities has an important reference significance for Jiangxi West, even the province to speed up the process of urbanization and building a comprehensive well-off society.Based on summarizing the experience of the integrated development of urban and rural areas at home and abroad, combining the situation of Yichun City, by analyzing the current situation of Yichun City,this paper has found the major gaps of the integrated development of urban and rural areas in Yichun City and the major obstacles that restrict the urban-rural integration process.And finally, for the gaps and obstacles, this paper puts forward countermeasures to accelerate the integrated development of urban and rural areas in Yichun City.The paper points out that supporting reforms of the future integrated development of urban and rural areas in Yichun city must develop in depth,establish and improve the urban and rural development support system, take the lead road of the urban-rural integration development with Yichun characteristics in Jiangxi Province.Let all of the city’s farmers to fully enjoy the new achievements of urban-rural integration construction.
