Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Village Collective Economic Development Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

On October 18,2017,Comrade Xi Jinping put forward the rural revitalization strategy in his report to the 19th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC).The general secretary put forward the rural revitalization strategy for the first time,which reflects the great importance the party central committee attaches to the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers in the new era.The rural collective economy is an important part of the rural economy.To develop and strengthen the rural collective economy is of great strategic and practical significance for realizing the integration of urban and rural economies and completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects.It is also of great significance for realizing the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At present,from top to bottom,great attention has been paid to the development of village collective economy,and corresponding measures have been introduced.The development of village collective economy is in full blast,and"empty shell" villages are slowly disappearing.But there are also many problems,such as the low participation of the masses,the lack of capacity of the village "two committees" and other problems.Based on the above background,this article through the literature reading,social investigation,case analysis and comparative research methods to study,put forward the research background,research purpose and meaning,careful analysis of the connotation of rural revitalization and the rural collective economy and the internal relation,the history change of the rural collective economy development,the selection of large Zhang shan for example,comprehensively summed up the big Zhang rural characteristics of the rural collective economic development,the achievements and points out that there are the villagers' participation is not high,village development imbalance,development ideas are conservative and development channels of a single problem,through the analysis of the causes and draw lessons from other domestic regional development pattern,Based on the analysis of villagers,village cadres and the three main bodies of the state,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as remolding the principal position of peasants,activating the enthusiasm of village cadres and officials to start their own businesses,and giving full play to the leading role of the government.
