The policy that household electrical appliances entering into rural was announced by the Government of the People’s Republic of China in December2008to rescue the market. The global financial tsunami that started in the United States led to the rapid reduction of electronics products for export. In order to fight against that, and expand the domestic market, China took actively innovative fiscal and trade policies to adapt to new trends of upgrade consumption in rural. Through the use of fiscal and trade policies, the policy is to improve villager’s consume ability and expand domestic demand after giving the subsidy to the villager.By now, the policy of household electrical appliances to rural was over. Based on the situation of Jiangxi Province, analysing the implementation of home appliances to the countryside in Jiangxi Province is very important to enhance the relevance of policy formulation and implementation. This article first analyzes the background of the home appliances to the countryside, seniors research review, outlining the meaning, aim and innovation and the feasibility of home appliances to the countryside. This article will focus on analysis of home appliances to the countryside the implementation of the proposed policy of home appliances in Jiangxi Province and analysis of the reasons. At last, corresponding recommendations are made to conclude this study and future prospects. This paper takes home appliances to the countrysidefor example and analyses the experiences and lessons of the policy of home appliances to the countryside in Jiangxi Province. The aim is to provide reasonable suggestion and countermeasures to similar formulation and implementation of policies.
