China is now changing into a great power of electrical appliances production and has been getting access to its peak of large scale scraping, so many local governments has begun to put efforts on the waste Household Electrical Appliances (HEAs) recycling in order to achieve maximum economical and environmental benefits. Liaoning province has a large-scale manufacturing business and for each year a mass of waste electrical production is required to be dealt with, so it is necessary to design an optimizing recycling reverse logistics network according to the situation and balance the relationship between long-term strategic development and step-by-step projecting implementation. It is important to consider about both the secular recovery economy and the whole social benefit during each items of the projection, which can help elevate the utilization rate of renewable resources and achieve sustainable development.This paper first analyzes the present situation of waste Household electrical appliances recycling, and makes a related comparison between reverse logistics and forward logistics about HEAs theoretically, and then proposes some common market analysis and forecast methods. At last this paper makes a network planning model for the reverse logistics of HEAs, and put forward a kind of more advanced, comprehensive reverse logistics system model of Household electrical appliance recovery. According this model, we establish a set of reverse logistics network optimization model based on the whole recovery utility maximization, and realize model optimization through constantly revising and improving.But due to a variety of reasons, we have no actual data; only make some model example analysis which is aim at the logistics network through the use of the relevant data from other literatures. And get the final results through computer.Through these works, it can improve the resource regeneration on network; realize the sustainable development of resource recycling. |
