In the final analysis, competition among modern enterprises is the talent competition. The high organizational performance characteristics of knowledge workers, in a key position, create organizations intellectual capital in the organization’s network. With the new immigrant knowledge workers increase the proportion, and it’s the high-risk groups to loss in the competition, the departure research about it becomes more meaningful. The empirical research work embedded with knowledge of new immigrants Employee Turnover Intention, on the one hand, I hope to bring new ideas to give new immigrants a new field of knowledge workers, on the other hand also hope to give a modern enterprise to keep employees, especially new immigrants human Resource Management of knowledge workers and motivate employees to provide a reference in the recommendations.In this paper, based on the work attitude of employees’ job performance-leaving the limitations of the research model and new immigrant knowledge workers research areas the lack of recent developments abroad, the introduction of the work for China’s cultural background embedded in the analysis mode, literature and empirical analysis method combination job embeddedness is divided into six dimensions that: organization joins; organization fit; organizational sacrifice; join in the outside of work; the work outside matches; the work outside of sacrifice. This is used to build the interests of the embedding of our work-knowledge of new immigrants Employee Turnover Intention research model.Based on the new immigration of knowledge workers to investigate the questionnaire SPSS17.0research, the application of correlation and regression analysis, there is the following conclusions:organization joins、organization fit、 organizational sacrifice、join in the outside of work、the work outside matches、the work outside of sacrificewere negatively related to turnover, but the organization was not obvious joins.Both the embedded within the work and outside are significantly negatively correlated to the turnover intentions..Embedded within the work and work outside the embedding for turnover intentions are significantly predictive ability.
