This research discussed the structure of knowledge workers' job embeddedness and its related variables in China.Especially,based on literature studying,interview and open-questionnaires,we collected scale items which formed the initial scale. Through pretest and item analysis,We finally got the formal scale.After giving out questionnaires,we got a four-factor structure of knowledge workers' job embeddedness by EFA and we tested the structure by CFA.We also discussed the relationship between knowledge workers' job embeddedness and related variables.At last,the influence of demographics was tested on the four factors.The results are as follows:Firstly,by using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,a four-factor model of knowledge workers' job embeddedness with community harmony,work support,community support,work harmony is innovated.Secondly,regression analysis was utilized and it reveals that knowledge workers' job embeddedness is a significant predictor of outcome variable such as job performance,organizational citizenship behavior,Turnover intention.Thirdly,hierarchical regression analysis finds out that leader justice has moderate effect on knowledge workers' job embeddedness and job performance,OCB,turnover intention.Conscientiousness has partial mediate effect on knowledge workers' job embeddedness and job performance,OCB,turnover intention.Finally,There are significant differences on the knowledge workers' job embeddedness among ages,education,work experience,marital status and enterprise property.
