Study On Evaluation Of Intensive Use Of Tourism Land

With the rapid development of China’s economy, the tourism which has a good momentum ofdevelopment has become one of the pillar industries of the third industry in China. The existence of tourismdepends on tourism land, the tourism land is the objective material base which can ensure tourism’sdevelopment, the condition of tourism land use directly impacts the healthy, rapid and sustainabledevelopment of tourism. The supply of land resources is increasingly tense in China, the intensive use oftourism land get more and more the attention of people, it will become a necessity and the inevitable. Thetourism land has the characteristics of margin and crossover in recent years, academics make the goodprogress in the study on the intensive use of tourism land, enrich the content of the research, improveresearch methods, the more developed coastal and southern cities be selected as the study area, the centralregion or city who have a developing tourist industry should be in-depth studied, it appears a series ofunreasonable of phenomenon during the process about the use of the tourism land, so the further researchon it is great significance.Based on the analysis of domestic and international land intensive use and the tourism land，at first,this paper combines with the concept and characteristics of them, defines the connotation of the tourismland; secondly states the basic theory of the tourism land intensive use evaluation, learn from the previousstudy of the land intensive use evaluation index, build the tourism land intensive use evaluation system;thirdly, after analysising the feasibility of the research object, determine Zhengzhou city as the study area, choose nine representative tourism scenic area (spot) of Zhengzhou as evaluation unit, according to theevaluation index of the tourism land intensive use, obtain date through the field survey, carry on thestandardization process, gain the intensive use degree of each evaluation unit, finally, on the basis of theanalysis of the evaluation results, summarizes the existing problems which are in the process of tourismland use in Zhengzhou city, combines with the local actual situation, proposes intensive use suggestionsand countermeasures of tourist land in Zhengzhou city.The paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part, puts forward its research problems, overview domestic andforeign intensive use of land and tourism land content, elaborates the research content of this article,employ research methods and may be encounter the possible problems in the process of writing.The second chapter makes the further study on the intensive use of land and tourism land, summarizescurrent research situation of tourism land, analyzes the characteristics of tourism land, integrates theconcept of land intensive use and the characteristics of tourism land, reinterprets the connotation of tourismland intensive use, expounds the basic theory of tourism land intensive use evaluation.The third chapter studies the process of evaluation of tourism land intensive use, analyzes theavailability of evaluation index, selects evaluation indicators of tourism land intensive use, builds theevaluation system of tourism land intensive use. The entire evaluation process in detail introduces theevaluation thought, evaluation index system construction principles, selects the index, explains the index,the method to determine index weight and evaluation method, etc.The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis part, determine Zhengzhou city as the study area, choosenine representative tourism scenic area (spot) of Zhengzhou as evaluation unit, according to evaluationindexes of tourism land intensive which is determined in the third chapter, builds evaluation system of tourism land intensive use of Zhengzhou city, using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and Delphi method todetermine the weight of the evaluation index, by the method of fuzzy membership functions, getsdimensionless various indicators, uses multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method to calculate thecomprehensive score of each evaluation unit, according to the level of tourism land intensive use degree,summed up the situation and problems of Zhengzhou city tourism land use, find out their reason.The fifth chapter, according to evaluation results of Zhengzhou city’s tourism land intensive use,combined with the currently situation of Zhengzhou city and the degree of development and utilization oftourism land, make recommendations on how to improve the tourism land intensive use degree ofZhengzhou city, given the specific implementation measures.The sixth chapter is the conclusion part, generalizes the main content of the paper, summarizes theresearch work and research results of the paper, put forwards the deficiency about the paper’s study.
