This article first on the rural labor flow to major grain producing areas economic influence of the structure of the mechanism analysis, according to the accept money point of view to make influence mechanism analysis, it is thought that the rural labor flow from aggregate demand and aggregate supply two aspects affect major grain producing areas of industrial structure; Then for the empirical analysis, the author collected the typical henan, hubei, hunan, anhui, jiangxi, sichuan6provinces related data, and the time period for2003-2010, forming a panel data, selected the dependent variable for major grain producing areas of the tertiary industry output value, the independent variable for into exports, technology innovation level and the rural labor flow has been, by use of hybrid estimation model, random effect model, fixed effect model, combining Hausman test of tertiary industry output value respectively how far do regression analysis, the results show that in2003to2010this time, rural labor flow to major grain producing areas in the influence of the "M" type, that is the first industry and the third industry to the influence degree of the quite, but to the second industry has very little effect, this paper holds that this is because the major grain producing areas owe developed by the second industry, the first industry and the third industry on the upgrading of the industrial structure have two-way pull effect, show that major grain producing areas of industrial structure development is at a low level, but the third industry influence coefficient is slightly bigger than the first industry, so the rural labor flow to major grain producing areas to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure effect will be more and more obvious. The results show that the rural labor force in the province’s flow to major grain producing areas of the upgrading of the industrial structure, change the agricultural growth structure, to ensure the national food security, under the precondition of rural labor flow has been increased, and actively guide the rural laborer to secondary and tertiary industries and two or three line city flow.
