We know, a comprehensive well-off society is well-off people, not allowing any people to leave behind, this shows, solve the problem has become the key problem that must be solved during the process of building a well-off society.In view of this practical problem, this paper selects one of the major grain producing areas-- a case of H village in Henan Province, adopts interviews, questionnaire method,observation method and so on, analyses the basic situation of H village farmers on the whole, through the accurate definition of the object of study, based on a summary of the predecessors' related research results on rural poverty of the major grain producing areas.On the basis of mastering basic situation of local farmers educational level, income level,family and arable land, the author analyzes the H village of poverty mainly displays in the low level of income and expenditure burden and three aspects of daily life difficulties.Through access to literature and statistics, the author analyses the reasons of the H village poverty mainly exist in the high input low yields of agricultural production, their relationships to highlight, backward infrastructure construction, the farmer own quality the main aspects such as the concept of dislocation and government poverty alleviation poverty. Finally, on the basis of above, according to the actual situation, in the project process of the national implementation of precise poverty alleviation of poverty alleviation,the author tentatively puts forward the specific countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem of major grain producing areas rural poverty, according to the innovation,coordination, green, the five development idea of open and sharing, innovating major grain producing areas of agricultural management way, building on the basis of the "blood relationship" large new small family farms, to realize the moderate scale management of major grain producing areas; Coordinating major grain producing areas of agricultural and non-agricultural development, all-round increasing farmers' overall income; Strengthening the advantage of the major grain-producing areas, and actively implementing major grain producing areas of green agriculture industrialization, improving the competitiveness of the major grain producing areas farmers; Adhering to the combination of open strategy of "Introduction" and "going out"; Realization of the sharing level of major grain producing areas, eventually all the farmers in the process of a well-off society in an all-round way has made steady progress toward the direction of common prosperity.
