Post-80s, as growth in the period of China’s reform change synonymous in agroup, have a huge difference with the previous values, at the same time, thetraditional human resource management model is also put forward new challenges, weneed to according to its unique value characteristics were discussed and theadjustment of administration. The researches of organizational behavior and staffrelations that basing on the theory of social exchange are the hot topic in theinternational academic research recently. In this paper, Theoretical review on thebasis of post-80s work values, the POS (Perceived Organizational Support), and basedon the theory of using the combined method of theoretical and empirical, in post-80knowledge staff as the research object, on the structure of the knowledge staff POSand the turnover intention of the effect of the specific analysis and demonstration. Atthe same time, the introduction of post-80s work values as the POS (PerceivedOrganizational Support) and turnover intention of mediating variables, to explore themediation effect of work values.First of all, this paper reviews relatives theories previously and points out theprogress and inadequate. Then the structures of POS (Perceived OrganizationalSupport),work value and turnover intention are established and correspondinghypothesis are proposed to make sure the overall design. Though the analysis, themain conclusions of this paper can be indicated below:1. The POS (Perceived Organizational Support) can be divided into fivedimensions: instrumental support, emotional support, instrumental support of interest,value support and self development support;2. The work values can be divided into three dimensions: comfort and safety,capacity and growth, status and independent.3. The POS of knowledge Staff directly influence turnover intention, and thework values taken as an intermediate variable has intermediary function between theperceived organizational support and turnover intention.4. Post-80s knowledge staff’s degree of education and corporate nature onknowledge-based employees’ perceived organizational support, work values, andturnover intention have significant influence.Analyze and summarize further explore the limitations of this study and futureresearch directions. Finally, view from emphasis of post-80knowledge staff, timelyadjustment of HR management, reduce turnover etc.
