Post-90 s staff refers to the employees who born between 1990 to 1991,they began to work since 2012,as time goes on,they also will become the important group in the enterprises.But because of the post-90 s staff's birth background and growth environment making their character is different from the other employees who were born in the past,thus in the workplace the post-90 s staff is linked to "flash words" "frequent job-hopping" and "irrational resignation",also the post-90 s staff owns the high turnover rate,which make the enterprise managers perplexed.In the face of the post-90 s staff,if enterprise managers want to retain talent,not only need from the view of employees to improve the organization-employee relations,but must also from the point of organization to make the high turnover rate more lower.Exactly the perceived organizational support theory provides the new perspective to solve the organization-employee relations.This article from the perspective of perceived organizational support,firstly uses the literature analysis method and the interview analysis method to explore the post-90 s staff's perceived organizational support structure,design the corresponding perceived organizational support scale,and make a preliminary investigation.And then investigate the actual data through the formal questionnaire.Finally analyze the relations between the post-90 s staff's perceived organizational support and turnover tendency.In the process of the demonstration analysis,this article do the reliability analysis and the validity test,the descriptive statistical test,independent-samples T analysis,one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis by SPSS 22.0.In addition to this,do confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)and constructed the structural equation model to test the hypothesis by AMOS 17.0 software.Following are the conclusions according to the empirical analysis: first,the post-90 s staffs perception organizational support is on the low side,but the turnover intention is on the high side.Second,the structure of the post-90 s staffs perception organizational support is for the five dimensions: work support,accepted value,care for the benefit,emotional support and development support.Third,the post-90 s staffs perceived organizational support is different on the variables of gender,for female emotional support is high than male and the male development support is high than female.Fourth,the post-90 s staffs perceivedorganizational support and its various dimensions have the significantly negative influence on turnover intention,also emotional support and development support has the bigger opposite forces on turnover intention than other dimensions.Fifth,choose the job satisfaction variables as the intervening variable between the post-90 s staffs perceived organizational support and turnover intention,the study results indicate that except the value identity,job satisfaction has the mediating effect on the relation between perceived organizational support and turnover intention.At last,according to the research conclusion of this article,give the targeted advice for enterprises to reduce the turnover of the post-90 s staff based on perceived organizational support.
