With talents'position improving, to retain outstanding employees organization cannot always emphasize the organizational commitment. It should improve organization-employee relation from the view of employee. And perceived organizational support (POS) provides a new view for it. At the same time, as the newlyemergingforces in the workplace, post-80s employees skip from job to job that all the time perplexes the manager. Based on it, the research selects post-80s employees as the research object, and probes the relationship between POS and turnover intention in order to find suggestions to lower post-80s employees'turnover intention.The research adopts the methods of documentary analysis to explore the structure of POS for the post-80s employee. The research adopts demonstration research method to discuss the relationship between their POS and turnover intention and analyses Prediction effect among the different POS's dimensions. At last, from the view of POS, it provides the idiographic countermeasure for lowering their turnover intention. So, the topic has important meanings in enriching organizational support theory and how to manage post-80s employees. In the process, it uses SPSS software to do F test, partial correlation and multip regression so as to analyze the data. Studies show,to the post-80s employee, instrumental support and emotional support aren't significantly correlated with turnover intention, and benefit support, value support and development support are significantly correlated with turnover intention, especially benefit support. Benefit and development support have good prediction effect for post-80s employees'turnover intention. At last, it selects affective commitment and job satisfaction as the comparative Variables of POS. Results display, to the post-80s employee, the prediction effect of POS is best.
