At present, innovation has become the key of surviving and developing of eachindustry. As a unit of the market, commercial banks must enhance its core competitivenessby improving innovation ability of product. It is an important factor for the new product topromote the development and growth of profits of commercial banks. The developmentprocess of personal financial products in the state-owned commercial banks embodies theinnovation of products in banks. The customers have strong demand for personal financialproducts and the innovation process of personal financial products moves forward. Thereare some problems, including its product innovation policy environment imperfect, theregulatory mechanism imperfect, the low level of risk of controlling and the lack ofcreative talents become increasingly apparent.Part I: Overview of personal financial products innovation of state-owned commercialbanks. By defining the concept of personal financial products innovation and analyzingsome theories related to personal financial products innovation in state-owned commercialbanks, and further analyze the practice and revelation of personal financial products indomestic and foreign banks, which provides a theoretical basis for promoting personalfinancial products innovation in China’s state-owned commercial banks.Part II: The achievements and problems of personal financial products innovation instate-owned commercial banks.
