The Countermeasure Research On Solving The Financing Problems Faced By Small And Micro Business In Our Country

Small and micro enterprises are an important basis for national economic andsocial development. According to the China Statistical Yearbook2012report data, thetotal industrial output value of small and micro enterprises create accounts for about34.75%of the national economy. Small and micro enterprises are an important ofChina’s economy which has promoted China’s economic development. It plays amore and more important role in expanding employment, promoting technologicalinnovation, the creation of social wealth, building a harmonious society. We can saythat small and micro enterprises act important strategic significance for safeguardingsocial stability. However the small and micro enterprises belong to vulnerable groupsin our country’s economic system, there are serious problem with financing for them.The difficulties directly hinder the development of small and micro enterprises further.How to solve the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises, and make thedevelopment better and faster has become a major problem related to the livelihood ofthe people.In this paper, the main research is the financial relationship between commercialbanks and small and micro enterprises. The first part of the paper is financingbackground, research significance, research content and method. And then I elaboraterelated theories to support this research, such as credit rationing theory, asymmetricinformation theory and the theory of capital structure. Based on the results of preciousstudies and summarized, a solid theory foundation for the latter part of the paper lay.In the discussion of restricting our country small and micro enterprise financingmany influence factors, they can be divided into two aspects; one is the externalfactors, the other constraint factor of small and micro enterprises financing is theenterprises internal factors, the two parts is used to analyses the financing difficultiesof small and micro enterprises. This paper takes the small and micro enterprises inXiamen city for research object. And I carry on the summary to the Xiamen small micro enterprise financing present situation and the existing problems. This paperincludes some information concern the commercial banks in Xiamen which provideloans to the small and micro enterprises. Besides，The measures which commercialbanks and the Xiamen Government take are also introduced. This paper is trying toexplore how to solve the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises the waythrough this case.
