As the backbone and dominant force of commercial banks, theimportance of middle managers is unquestionable, and their outstandingleadership which is a necessity required by current social situation andbanks’ development strategies plays a vital role in bank transition. Sinceleadership means comprehensive abilities, whether managers can transformtheir capacities into leadership depends on their constant self-cultivation ofcomprehensive qualities. As leaders, they must effectively enhance theirown qualities based on practical situations so as to continuously promote thedevelopment of their teams. Either competition among domestic banks orthat between domestic banks and foreign banks boils down to thecompetition among talents. Talented managers with rational knowledgestructure, high comprehensive quality and outstanding leadership is thecornerstone of banks’ growth, the important guarantee for the sustainabledevelopment of banks and the key factor that keeps banks in an invincibleposition in competition. Therefore, it’s a critical project with prominentpractical significance to strengthen the leadership of banks’ middlemanagers.The main purpose of this paper is to construct the leadership of state-ownedcommercial bank middle-level managers mode system by researching the shortages ofstate-owned commercial bank middle-level management system and the problems ofstate-owned commercial bank middle-level managers leadership development. The paperfind the reason of leadership shortage by analyzing the state of Xiamen state-ownedcommercial bank middle-level managers. Constructing the the leadership of state-ownedcommercial bank middle-level managers mode system include leadership mode, modeconfirmation and leadership estimating system. Secondly, the paper put forwardmiddle-level managers leadership mode in the stated-owned commercial bank. The paperthinks that middle-level managers should improve7abilities, including organizing, communicating, learning risks control,market strategy, human resource exploring anddecision-making.
