In this paper, from the company level and individual level respectively, from the enterprise culture and core values training and promotion system, performance appraisal formulate, training system building, career plan guidance, help and teach, and personal training and bibliography reading, etc., puts forward the scheme of middle management leadership ascension, after half a year promotion effect of assessment found that managers leadership promotion effect is obvious, and points out the direction of further optimization of leadership lifting scheme.The research methods of this article is able to analyze the current situation and problems of leadership research object, has a certain practicality; Leadership improvement scheme is put forward, through the practical application and found that the measurement and the promotion of SY company middle managers leadership played a very significant effect.
