In recent years,the global economic situation is griming,competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce,and enterprises pay more and more attention to talent management.S company is a manufacturing enterprise with OEM as its business,which is famous for its high quality and zero defect.It undertakes the production of mobile phone housing and band of global famous A customer.The leadership of middle-level managers is still in the primary stage.Middle managers are the backbone of enterprises,and play an important role in the realization of enterprise strategy.Therefore,it is a great and far-reaching significance to study the current situation and problems of middle management,and to design and improve the leadership promotion strategy.On the basis of combing the leadership literature and professional theoretical knowledge of enterprise managers,this paper first analyzes the lack of comprehensive leadership level of middle managers through questionnaire.Knowing that,there are no professional leadership knowledge,the selection method is traditional and single,and the training form is also single.Then,the paper focus on the countermeasures to improve the leadership of middle managers in S enterprises from two aspects: "internal improvement" is to strengthen the leadership improvement of middle managers through awareness publicity,survey results feedback,books and video recommendation,starting from the awakening of middle managers’ themselves;“External promotion" is to put forward improvement measures from four aspects,which are talent selection,employment,training and assessment at the enterprise level,so as to fundamentally solve the problem and implement the leadership improvement plan for middle managers in multiple aspects.At last,the paper gives the guarantee measures of the middle managers’ leadership promotion plan in S enterprise.The conclusion of this paper can play a positive role in improving the leadership of middle managers in S enterprise,and contribute to thelong-term and stable development of the enterprise in the future.At the same time,it has a certain reference significance for the domestic manufacturing and processing industry in the leadership improvement of middle managers.
