Global warming cause natural disasters occurred frequently, and many speciesendangered, virus increase, melting glaciers, rising sea levels. These problems make peoplegradually aware of the global climate has begun to affect human’s survival and development.2009Copenhagen climate issues to the peak,"low-carbon economy" as a call to the slogan ofthe world improve the environment arises at the historic moment, since then, the low carboneconomy has become after the agricultural revolution, the industrial revolution, informationrevolution of the industrial revolution once again. Ca n grasp opportunities to occupy theadvantage of low carbon economy development, directly affect the country in the futurecompetitive advantage in international competition and international status. Therefore theanalysis of the effect of the low carbon economy all aspects of a country and put forward thecorresponding countermeasures is very necessary. As one of the troika drives a country’seconomic development in the international trade in the low-carbon economy development of acountry’s low-carbon path plays a key role. China is in transition from trade country to tradingpowers of the era, the rise of a low carbon economy undoubtedly has brought newdevelopment opportunities to China. However, a low carbon economy can also be to bringcertain impact in the field of trade in China. Therefore, low-carbon economy impact onChina’s exports and wise policy Suggestions on the development of China’s foreign trade hasa realistic significance.Full text is divided into five chapters. The starting point of the first chapter is this articleresearch, to put forward by the low carbon economy background, the connotation and theessence of the low carbon economy are reviewed, and the deferred the status quo of economicdevelopment at home and abroad are described. The second chapter analyzes the presentsituation of China’s export trade, and on China’s export trade, the necessity of low carbon arestudied. The third chapter is the empirical research part of this article, for China’s export tradeimplicit carbon emissions has carried on the quantitative analysis. In chapter four for alow-carbon economy impact on China’s export trade has carried on the qualitative analysis.The fifth chapter of the article, after quantitative and qualitative analysis, given China’sdevelopment of low carbon export trade policy recommendations.
