The importance of oil as an energy source is self-evident, so generallyoil-related companies are the monopoly of state-owned enterprises. Theseenterprises maintain development, but in generally, some of the problemsthat exist in the monopoly state-owned enterprises is pervasive. In recentyears, these oil companies are often faced with the problem that thelocation’s energy is going to be exhaust, so many companies, in order toincrease business performance, they will build the branches. Thesebranchesare often far away from home or abroad, and these branches tend tohave the more difficult conditions in remote areas. Now, however, theremuneration system for the employees of these branchesis the fixedsubsidies, which do not quite have the incentive effect. How to motivateemployees through a suitable salary structure and performance system tocreate more performance is one of the problems.In order to improve and complete the incentive effect of the pay system,through observation, and reading a variety of information, the writeranalysesthe specific circumstances of the case company. Through the fieldobservations, the writer found that branch’s staff are not satisfied withcurrent salary structure, besides the current salary structure cannot motivateemployees to create performance.Based on the Management Salary theory and human nature assumptions, thewriter designs self-pay menu. The writer used questionnaires and interviewsin the subsequent findings. The object of the questionnaire, includes thebranch employees, as well as the workers who had the experience in thebranch, covering all ages, as well as management of cadres and enterpriseworkers, so that fully come into contact with the front-line employees realneed to really achieve the incentive effect.
