In recent years, the strength of China’s marine fishing to enhance thedevelopment of the marine fishing industry also increased, due to over fishing, marinepollution, marine resources severe recession, and China’s accession to internationalmaritime conventions and China and South Korea, the Sino-Japanese FisheriesAgreement signing and entry into force of the development of China’s marine fishingindustry increasingly serious situation.
