The improvement of performance is a constant pursuit of the enterprise, and animportant indicator to measure whether a company can survive long. Theimprovement of enterprise’s innovation performance has always been the concern andattention of managers and theorists. Technology spillovers is external technology, which has been a concern, it can bring greater return with less input. With the globaleconomic integration, the development of enterprises go to the world, and the entry offoreign technology spillovers to the host country enterprises, such spillovers throughwhat channels, as well as the impact of such a spillover effect on the innovativeperformance; At the same time, the host country will play local spillovers throughwhat channels, and how this spillover effect on the innovative performance havebecome the research enterprise innovation an important issue for performanceimprovement. In this paper, using of inductive and deductive modeling and empirical testmethod. First, the summary of the review of the literature on the current researchstatus and combing integrate local spillovers and international technology spilloversresearch context and channels; Secondly, from combing the integration of the threeaspects of technological innovation, technology spillover, performance evaluationcorresponding theoretical support; through careful logical reasoning, respectively, aresummarized elaborate play the channels of local and international technologyspillovers and channels defined, indigenous technology spillover effects of theindustrial cluster effect combination effect two overflow channels, internationaltechnology spillovers demonstration effect, competitive effect, correlation effects andmobility effects four overflow channels; fourth, were constructed on the basis of theaforementioned theoretical local technology spillovers and international technologyspillovers enterprise innovation performance impact of the relational model, according to the research purpose, select quantitative indicators of various overflowchannels, design a questionnaire for this study, the research object and select the SMEBoard and GEM listed177manufacturing from06/2011to12/2012through theissuance of questionnaires, and recycling questionnaire with5-point Likert scaleexpert appraisal scoring obtain the relevant data, the model was validated on the basisof analysis. The empirical results show that: a positive correlation exists between thetwo elements of the industrial cluster effect and research effects, and these twoelements have a positive role in promoting innovation performance of enterprises;demonstration effect, competition effect and associated effects, personnel flow effectof the four elements of the positive correlation exists between any two, and the fourelements significantly positive role in promoting innovation performance of enterprises. The results of this study show that the local and international technologyspillovers each overflow channels, and each presents positive correlation between theoverflow channels, joint action to promote innovative performance improvement. Finally, based on the empirical results, targeted countermeasuresrecommendations for guidance, and pointed out the direction of future research.
