From the point of complex knowledge network in the process of enterprise technologyinnovation, the dissertation analyses evolution mechanism of enterprise technologyinnovation under complex knowledge network, and explores the law of the evolutionof enterprise technological innovation. It focuses on probing the motive power andpath modeling in evolution of enterprises technology innovation. The purpose of thisresearch is to find a way to speed up the evolution of enterprise technology innovationand provides methods to cultivate enterprises core competitive ability from a newperspective. Meanwhile, it will provide enlightenment with the national level for ourcountry to build a system in the core of enterprises.During the research, mountains of literature at home and abroad are collected andsystemized for the whole frame, and by combing the related research of areas inenterprise technology innovation, complex networks, knowledge flows andknowledge network, and the theory of evolution, the thesis induces the status quo ofresearch at home and abroad in the field of enterprise technology innovation evolution.And then it points out that from the view of knowledge, it is feasible to solve theproblem of technology innovation evolution with the aid of tool of complex networks.Based on existed literature, the thesis also gives empirical assumptions and inspectsthem by the support of actual data from China enterprises. With reference frominterdisciplinary background knowledge, the thesis adopts several tools, such asComplex Networks, Evolutionary Game Theory, Operations Research, and StructuralEquation Modeling etc. to make an innovative solution for the unresolved problems.By analyzing the small world and scale-free characteristics of knowledge network inthe process of enterprise technology innovation, it shows that the knowledge networkthrough the enterprise technological innovation is full of complexity. And thus theexistence of the complex knowledge network is proposed. On the basis of adoptingself-organization theory, it reflects the evolution mechanism of enterprise technologyinnovation. In the self-organization environment, the characters of openness,fluctuation as well as being away from the equilibrium state needs to be satisfied. As aresult, the characteristics of non-linear interaction, variation, knowledge diffusionemerge in the process of the enterprise technology innovation. The functions ofevolution dynamic describe this process vividly.From the unique perspective of complex knowledge flows and knowledge networks,the following research conclusions are obtained. (1) The knowledge networks bear the characteristics of complexity based onenterprise knowledge flow. With the main bodies full technological innovationknowledge as the nodes and knowledge flow relations as edges, the thesis sets upcomplex network. By thorough analysis of the network, it shows that the features ofsmall world and scale-free run through the network. Therefore, the knowledge bearsthe characteristics of complexity.(2) The enterprises should increase incentives for the core knowledge disseminators inorder to speed up the flow of knowledge. In view of the high cost of supervision andincentive problems, the enterprise can choose outsourcing as a third party to supervisethe implementation process, so as to reduce the cost of supervision and incentive.(4) The enterprise should provide enough earnings for the core knowledgedisseminator. Enterprise departments need to provide the core knowledgedisseminators with unhindered dissemination channel, conducive knowledgedissemination culture within enterprise, as well as the positive resources in support ofthe knowledge employees‘motivation.(5) Different initial state, such as supervision cost and incentive levels, will lead todifferent results of game equilibrium. That the enterprises or departments adopt whatkind of strategy will depend on the extent to which the initial strategy has beenselected.(6)Among the whole factors that affects innovation performance in evolution ofenterprise technological innovation, knowledge flow efficiency and quality is the mostsignificant influence on technology innovation performance; although the effect isvery feeble, internal resources in enterprise bring benefits to the promotion ofenterprise technical efficiency performance, and also at the same time bring benefitsin the process of enterprises technological innovation incremental performance; fullof external resources have a significant influence on the enterprise technologyinnovation performance; the enterprise technology innovation performance andincremental performance both bring economic benefits for the technologicalinnovation, but the role in the incremental innovation performance is more significantthan that of technology benefits performance.As a whole, the main innovative points in this thesis are mainly centered on thefollowing parts:First, a large number of references indicate that knowledge plays the core functionduring the enterprise technology innovation, and then the conceptions of knowledgenetwork and innovation network come into being. But the new conception and methodof complex knowledge network in enterprise technology innovation is of pioneeringsignificance, which provides a new perspective and methods for the study of enterprise technology innovation evolution.Second, different from other relevant research by employing evolutionary gametheory, this thesis boldly puts forward a market-oriented perspective to analyze thereplicate dynamic path and game strategies between the corporate departments andcore knowledge workers, resulting in the innovation power in evolution of enterprisetechnology, which is a huge breakthrough in research perspective.Third, from the complex knowledge network in enterprises, with the reference ofrelated principle in physics, biology, the thesis applies the Boltzmann–Darwinevolution rule, and puts forward evaluation function from an innovative view. Theideas behind evaluation function are of great practical significance to do help findingenterprise technology innovation path.Fourth, in the part of empirical research, the thesis denies some traditionalconclusions. It points out that the previous research is based on the analysis ofshort-term interests, but in fact the factors influencing the evolution of enterprisetechnology innovation are difficult to measure for the long-term benefits oftechnological innovation performance.
