Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Knowledge Acquisition To Enterprise's Technological Capability

With growing competiton, technology is increasingly becoming an important resource for the enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. How to continuously improve technological capability to obtain a sustainable competitive advantage is an important academic research, is also of great concern to enterprises. Technological capability is the essence of knowledge. Through knowledge management to enhance is a new choice; enterprises are seeking the perspective of knowledge management to improve their own competitiveness. This paper reveals aspects of knowledge acquisition in ways to enhance technological capabilities through empirical research and analysis based on knowledge management theory.This paper firstly reviews former studies and through a summary of relevant literature on technological capabilities and knowledge acquisition to define and analyze its elements. Enterprise's technological capability is decomposed into three components of technical depth, technical speed and technical breadth.The four dimensions of knowledge integration, knowledge creation, and market access and cooperation acquisition to analysis of knowledge.Next, builds the overall relationship model for three elements of technological capability as the dependent variables and different modes of acquisition as indendent variables. Questionnaire was designed according to the variable of the relationship model, and then collects the data from different companies. Construct and confirm the measuring index systems of knowledge acquisition after reliability and validity test.After that, analyzes the relationship of elements betweet knowledge acquisition and technological capability using the structural equation modeling to establish the parameters of the structural model. And then discuss the regulatory role of its own knowledge system in the relationship betweet knowledge acquisition and technological capability. Finally, the paper gives some policy suggestions for enterprise the modes of acquisition to improve firm's technological capability.
