| The automotive industry, whose production and sales has already ranked top allover the world in2009, is one of the key industries of the12th Five-Year Plan. Withthe domestic auto consumption going into a stage of rapid development, the financingresearch on up-and downstream accessory enterprises is a focus in the automotiveindustry. Furthermore, the rise of supply chain financial service undoubtedly providesa new financing channel for the up-and downstream accessory enterprises’manufacturers in the supply chain of automotive industry, viz. promote the healthyand rapid development of the automotive industry through grasp the close link amonggoods flow, capital flow and information flow in the procurement, production,warehousing, distribution and sales process in this field, flexible options for the mainbody of financing and the improvement of the competitiveness in the automotivesupply chain.In this paper, combining the existing research on the finance of automotivesupply chain, based on the analysis of the actuality and problem in the development offinancial services in automotive supply chain, learning from the advanced experienceof foreign countries, the trend of financial services in automotive supply chain iselaborated and demonstrated. Finally, combining the development trend of financialservices in supply chain, some suggestions, which improve the financial services inautomotive industry supply chain, are put forward.The paper contains the following six main parts. In Part I, the researchbackground, research methods and innovation are elaborated and illustrated; the basicconcepts, characteristics and role of the finance in automotive supply chain areintroduced in the second part; in the third part, the status quo of the financial servicesin Chinese automobile industry supply chain and the main problems in the development are analyzed; following, Part IV demonstrates that the developmenttrend of financial services and the advanced experience, which can be learned fromthe of foreign countries; and then, Part V, which refers to put some suggestions toimprove the financial services in automotive supply chain, is the focus of thedissertation; finally, Part VI, which is the conclusion, the financial services inautomotive industry supply chain are summarized, meanwhile, the tentative ideas andperspectives of the future development direction in this area are also proposed. |
