The Influence Factors Of Risk Early Warning In Minor Enterprises

Through many years of development, the minor enterprises of China has become a very prosperous industry. At present, as the development of mordern society and our government’s support, the minor enterprises of China is becoming more and more mature. However, because of their less money、their Weak scientific research ability and their bad human resource management and so on, our minor enterprises have no competition. So it is important to research the influence factors of risk early warning in the minor enterprises.This article based the thread from the enterprise practice experience to the empirical analysis of the validation, used qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. On the one hand, we made the use of the method of combining the enterprise management in the minor enterprises through the influence factors of qualitative, on the other hand, we analyzed quantitatively through the questionnaire for specific data.On the basis of the materials extracting and domestic and foreign literature carded, we extracted five Influence factors of risk early warning in the minor enterprises:the social environmental factor, the human resource factor, the organizational culture factors,the financial ability and the scientific research ability. On this basis, from the internal and external environment of the enterprise, we built the impact index, and collected data through the questionnaire survey. Using the quantitative method, we made the empirical analysis of the feasibility of carrying out the risk early warning in the minor enterprises, from the research, we further verified the five influencing factors of the risk early warning managnment.This study will further enrich the theory system of the feasibility of carrying out the risk early warning managnment in the minor enterprises, and also, it has an important practical significance for the enterprise.
