Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Construction Enterprise Project Management

Building industry is the important part of the national economy system, and is also one of the mainstay industries for the development of national economy. Building industry is not only related with people’S life, but also directly influence to the healthy development of national economy. Recently, the construction project management institution has been totally pushed in our country’S building construction enterprises. And the program team increasingly becomes one of the important work organizational forms. Then the effective performance management to building construction teams is directly related with the quality of building construction program.Now there ale many researches about performance management in program teams. But these researches ale still not SO much plenty. Program performance management hasn’t been formed an open and complete system, especially in building construction programs. That’S because of the program’S one--time feature, which leads to the focal point of program team’S performance management being simply putted on the program finance. That’S to say we appraise the performance of the whole program team by assessing the program’S financial situation. This manner lays particular stress on the static status of financial performance appraisal but the dynamic status, which easily leads to the pursuing for the short-term economical interest, and then the growing and career planning for the program management members are also ignored. Then the turnover of the program management members becomes bigger, and the program quality couldn’t be sure. So, how to set up a complete and effective performance management system becomes the important problem for the effective program team management in the building construction enterprises recently.This article begins with the features of building construction programs like one-time, special and complex. Then it combines these features to the human resource management theories, and does the research on a management team of program manager department in a building construction enterprise. In this article, we set up a performance management system suitable for the building construction program, and offered some referable thinking and methods for how to effectively guide the performance management into program management teams, to improve the management quality of the program management teams, to encourage the teams, to improve the whole performance and so on.
