| In the current economic situation of the science andtechnology development,investment science and technology have becomethe goal of the strategic development of the iron and steel industry,is aprecondition of the enterprise sustained steady and rapiddevelopment.Investment in science and technology embodied in the ironand steel enterprises invested to improve the production technology,we canexplain its key role through its impact on corporate performance.In thispaper,based on the analysis and study of relevant literature,select theintensity of R&D investment and R&D funding these two indicators reflectthe investment in science and technology,and the introduction of iron andsteel enterprise performance evaluation system,the system consists of ninefinancial indicators and two non-financial indicators,using cross-sectionaldata of six domestic iron and steel enterprises,the method used is themethod of gray correlation degree,the index weight calculations involved inthe method,subjective and objective weights integration method andentropy method,subjective and objective weights integration method andentropy method,subjective and objective weight integrated.The methodused to determine the index weight,entropy method used to correct theindex weights.By analyzing the correlation degree calculation results,sixiron and steel enterprises R&D personnel put into R&D funds investedstrength index added before and after the associated degrees of changeswere compared,and draw R&D funds invested strength performance ofiron and steel ernterprises affect larger conclusions.Finally,the performanceof selected sample of iron and steel ernterprised to make therandings,which play a major role in the performance of the iron and steelenterprises,which is not,and proposed the corresponding countermeasuresand suggestions,which aims to help enterprises to improve analysis of ninefinancial indicators deficiencies in the course of business,to improve thecore competitiveness of enterprises... |
