| Supply chain management is not only an important part of production management and cost control, but also an effective means to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. The automotive supply chain management issues with the supply chain collaborative theory is discussed in this paper. The information sharing theory and the automotive supply chain’s structure characteristics is the foundation of this paper. The automotive supply chain information sharing collaborative model is built in the multi-agent modeling method and then the principle and collaborative process are also analyzed. At last, the simulation results getting from RePast simulation platform of the automotive supply chain information sharing collaborative process simulation are discussed and compared.(1) The definition, classification and the application method of collaborative theory are studied. Then extends they to the collaborative management of the supply chain, including the synergistic theory in supply chain management, the classification of the concept of supply chain collaboration and the supply chain collaboration. The basic theory of the automotive supply chain, including the structure, characteristics and type of the automotive supply chain are introduced. The needs of the automotive supply chain collaborative are also analyzed.(2) The interaction between the Agent and coordination mechanism based on the blackboard system are defined. The advantages of the MAS to solve specific practical problems are discussed and the MAS-based modeling ideas and steps are also studied. Then the MAS modeling simulation platform is introduced, including the main function of RePast package, the RePast simulation program modules and rules of model classes.(3) The MAS-based automotive supply chain information sharing collaborative mode is built, in which the automotive supply chain information sharing collaborative level and collaborative process are described. The structure Agent of the automotive supply chain is classified according to the multi-agent modeling ideas and technology and the structure characteristics of the automotive supply chain. Base on it, the MAS-based automotive supply chain information sharing synergy model is built and information sharing collaborative the Agent module is designed. Then the mode Agent synergy principle and process of collaboration are analyzed.(4) The simulation based on the MAS automotive supply chain information sharing process is carried out, in which some basic assumptions of the simulation model according to the complexity of automotive supply chain information sharing and the limitations of the simulation platform are made. The automotive supply chain algorithm of structure Agent and function Agent are deduced. At last, the MAS-based automotive supply chain information sharing collaborative mode is simulated using RePast simulation platform, and the simulation results show that information sharing collaboration mode could reduce the "bullwhip effect" in Automotive Supply Chain. |
