The situation of new economy era makes the development of supply chain become inevitable, nevertheless, all new emerging things must have a tortuous development process. Under the premise of supply chain management model is gradually recognized by businesses, supply chain itself is facing some problems, such as the distribution of benefits, the concept of supply chain development, the gap between expected performance and actual performance, the return of the power of core enterprises in the supply chain, the punishment phenomena and so on. The enterprises are facing tremendous pressure to survive due to those problems, which has also affected the development of the supply chain undoubtedly to some degree. The appearance of the problems is attributable to one factor, that is information asymmetry. Therefore, the supply chain collaboration basing on the information sharing becomes the direction of the next development. The paper makes use of information sharing degree in the process of supply chain operation as a starting point, uses the satisfaction of the node-enterprises as the angle of view, bases on the related theory of supply chain as well as collaborative learning, conducts model simulation on the basis of modeling, then accumulates preliminarily the satisfaction trends of the members of supply chain under certain assumptions. The paper analyses and studies the supply chain, constructs supply chain collaboration mechanism basing on information-sharing platform, conducts quantitative description through the simulation method towards the supply chain coordination theory, to improve the efficiency of operation of supply chain as well as solve the key issues in the supply chain collaboration. The main contents of this paper is divided into six parts:In1.The introduction. This part summarizes the key directions of the collaborative management of the supply chain at home and abroad on the basis of the described subject sources, analyses the present research situation of supply chain collaboration, illustrates the direction of this research. In2. The basic theory of research on supply chain and collaborative learning. This part focuses on the concepts related to the theory of collaboration and supply chain collaboration, expounds the collaborative theory and related theories, paves the way for the content below. In3. To build the supply chain collaborative mechanism basing on the information-sharing platform. The construction of the Information-sharing platform is one of the main points of this paper, this chapter expatiates the value concerning the information-sharing platform, to classify the information flow in the supply chain, constructs information-sharing platform through the implementation of realization mechanisms, forms the foundation for supply chain collaboration. In4. The construction of supply chain collaborative model basing on information-sharing platform. The chapter combines the collaborative learning theory and supply chain, screens the variables affecting the supply chain operations, these variables can be regarded as order parameters of supply chain collaboration, identifies the relationship among the order parameters, builds collaborative model. In5. To conduct simulation analysis for collaborative model in chapter4.Through the changing of the value of variables, we can get the satisfaction value of suppliers and distributors on a different level of information sharing, which provides a basis for research on supply chain collaboration. In6. Summary and Outlook. The implementation of supply chain collaboration strategy basing on the information-sharing platform has become an inevitable requirement for economic era, the development needs of the times. This paper is just a preliminary exploration and research, a lot of work needs to be further deepened, especially in practice will we find more problems which are worthy of further study.
