Technical staff as an important type of personnel of Korean enterprises in W company, fruits of the labor of output they directly affects the economic benefits of W company. In recent years by the "financial tsunami", W company production is managed appeared not smooth, so that the technical staff salary has been greatly affected, the original senior system has not fully adapted to the actual situation of the W company is facing at the present stage, it is necessary to the skill class W staff an improved compensation system.The first chapter introduces the research background and the significance of the study, research status at home and abroad, research methods and research structure of this paper. The second chapter introduces the present situation of W company, the definition of technical staff, through use the questionnaires and interviews, obtained the compensation system of W company from the analysis results. The third chapter and the fourth chapter, combined with the data in hand, put forward some principles, strategies and priorities of improved research, starting from the improved angle, compensation of employees do skills of W company. After study, in order to ensure the applicability, a security design of the new salary system, the salary system in the implementation of the obstacles in the future. The fifth chapter makes a summary to the full text.This paper uses the methods of literature study, through access to literature data and the use of advanced network tools, research status and research achievements of compensation at home and abroad are summarized. Secondly, interview and questionnaire analysis, the collection of relevant data analysis of the actual situation of employees of W company skills current salary, on this basis, using statistical analysis method, explore and summarize the cause of problem problems. In order to ensure the applicability and relevance, according to the characteristics of skill, strategy and principle of the staff salary system improvement is proposed. Finally carries on the discussion from two aspects of the compensation system, compensation strategy, study the salary system improvement project and the implementation safeguard mechanism. This paper tries to through the research, it can provide a theoretical reference value and practical significance of applying for domestic and similar foreign enterprise salary system.
