Human resources are the core competition of an enterprise,and excellent personnel strategy can promote the enterprise to move forward.The loss of technical personnel of an enterprise is a common problem in every company.The number of technical personnel loss of the company is controlled within a reasonable range,which can make the enterprise constantly update outstanding personnel and make the company more dynamic and motivated.However,if the loss of technical personnel has been on the rise,it will affect the company's healthy and sustainable development to a certain extent,which will increase costs for the enterprise and cause significant losses.This article takes W Construction Company as the research object,conducts an in-depth analysis of the cause of the company's technical staff loss,and finds the crux of it,so as to find a countermeasure to deal with this problem.Combining the past experience summary with the actual situation makes the implementation plan more feasible.This thesis first defines the definition and connotation of the loss of technical personnel,and expounds the relevant research theories.Secondly,the questionnaire survey method was used to analyze the company's overall situation,composition system and human resource profile,so as to find out the reasons for the loss of technical personnel in the company.According to the statistics obtained by W from the company's human resources department in recent years,the company's technical staff has been lost,and the issue has been studied in depth from three aspects: external causes,internal causes,and personal reasons.The external reasons are: the implementation and implementation of the new policy prompts personnel to shift to industries with greater room for development;the salary and benefits of those in the same industry have dampened the enthusiasm of employees.The internal reasons are: imperfect salary and welfare system,poor corporate cultural environment,and non-standard performance evaluation system of the company,which prevents employees from seeing development prospects and hopes,lack of relevant training,and the special nature of the profession itself brings some negative influences.Personal reasons are: personal development prospects and willingness,and internal family influence.At the end of the thesis,it puts forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures to the problems that arise,that is to establish and improve the employee promotion system,enrich the connotation of the enterprise,increase the training intensity,make the training effective,and weaken the negative impact of the special nature of the construction industry To effectively control the loss of technical personnel.The paper's in-depth research on the phenomenon of the loss of technical personnel of W Construction Company,the purpose is to hope that the relevant departments and responsible persons of the company can explore this,to effectively control the loss of technical personnel of W Construction Company,and also use this as some Enterprises with employee turnover provide relevant theoretical and practical guidance and practical reference.System of employees enrich the connotation of enterprises,increase the intensity of training,make the training effective,weaken the negative impact brought by the special nature of occupation,and get effective control.In this paper,the in-depth study of the phenomenon of staff turnover in w construction company,the purpose is to hope that the relevant departments and responsible persons of the enterprise can explore this phenomenon,in order to effectively control the phenomenon of staff turnover in w construction company.It also provides some theoretical and practical guidance and reference for some enterprises with internal staff turnover problem.
