Research On Guagnxi’s Economic Development-----Under The Pespective Of New Industrialization Path

Guangxi ecological environment is fragile, meanwhile the environmental bearing capacity is limited, once the ecological is destructed, it is hard to govern. The development of Guangxi economic needs protection of benefits and maintaining the ecological balance. Since China’s reform and opening up, Guangxi economy got great development, but the entirety level is still relatively backward, the reason is the lagging of industry, Guangxi industrial total amount, the structure level and the utilization of resource level is low, industry competitive power is limited, economic growth mode is too extensive. Such problems are need to solve.This paper systematically studys on the theory of new industrialization and economic development. New industrialization and economic development is interpenetrative,so we must make full use of information technology in the process of impulse action.Combining with Guangxi’s hard and soft resources and environment, considers that new industrialization of Guangxi has got some achievement, Guangxi relatively pays great importance to the resource utilization and environmental protection, industrial park gets fast development, meanwhile the system constraints is quite effective. However the existing industrialization course caused irreversible damage to resources and the environment of Guangxi, at the same time,the problem of unreasonable industrial structure, low content of science and technology is still outstanding. The development of new industrialization is the only way to solve these problems. This article selects the data of guangxi and certain typical provinces,through the econometric measurementanalysis obtains Guangxi industrialization development stage and the current situation. The emphasis of Guangxi’s new industrialization path is to improve the information level, the industrial structure and the enterprise competitiveness; the difficulty of development is combined with the particularity of Guangxi economy, break through the related factors of Guangxi. On the basis of these study, puts forward some strategy to promote Guangxi’s new industrialization path and the economic development. Guangxi needs the full play of informationization’s leading role, correctly dealing with the relationship between human and environment, improving the quality of human resources, consummating the financial system, breaking through the bondage of the original system.
