Research On Guangxi New Industrialization Path Under The The Advantage Of Backwardness

Since the reform and opening up 30 years, Guangxi’s economy has maintained a rapid development, but the overall level in the country is still in a backward position, the main reason is because the industrial backwardness. Whether in R&D, production and market links compared with the advanced regions have a larger gap. How to enhance the Guangxi industrialization level, improve people’s quality of life is an urgent task for Guangxi in the current and future period.This paper has study theory on the advantage of backwardness and the new industrialization path, combined with Guangxi actual situation systematically, a comprehensive analysis of Guangxi new industrialization with existing problems in the development and Guangxi new industrialization’s advantage of backwardness, propose that:By region, policy, social environment, the advantage of backwardness as a starting point in the development of Guangxi new industrialization. Use the geographical advantages to develop key industries; Use the policy advantages to develop Information infrastructure; Use the social environment advantages to integration of industry and informatization. Use advantage of backwardness to make the coordinated development of new industrialization path and town. To quickly upgrade Guangxi industrial development speed, shorten the gap with the first region greatly, to upgraded the industrial structure, promote the informationization, industrialization, urbanization, agricultural modernization develop synchronically,in order to make the economy of Guangxi to achieve leapfrog development.
