With the rapid development of economic in China, E-commerce is also growingvibrant, Following is the rapid development of express industry. There are variousproblems cause of Chinese express industry is in infancy, can’t meet the rapiddevelopment of E-commerce. Such as generally low quality of employees, packagedamaged or missing often happens in distribution delivery, the gap between distributiontime and consumer expectations Etc. These issues is severely constrained the pace of theE-commerce progress, among these, distribution time which the consumers demanded isthe largest proportion of one part. So how to optimize the distribution path, to themaximum extent to shorten the delivery time has become the focus on attention andstudy of various experts and scholars.This article starts from the domestic express industry features, leads to theexistence of many problems of it. According to questionnaires and data show that themain contradiction affect the development of express industry is the gap betweendistribution time and what consumer expectation. To solve this problem, the passagedivided the express into off-site distribution and city-wide distribution according to thedistribution centre influence on distribution process. For study of the off-sitedistribution routing optimization, divided into two types: the ordinary distribution andemergency delivery. Establish the corresponding path optimization model and solve thetwo use GA. For study of city-wide distribution routing optimization, firstly, research onthe routing optimization of the terminal distribution with one truck but many loopsconstraint, establish the model and solve it; then, research on the routing optimization ofthe distribution with many trucks but single loop constraint, establish the model andsolve it; at last, consider of the time windows, base on the second research, establish themodel and solve it use optimization algorithm.Through this research, to get a more systematic express industry distribution routeoptimization scheme. And through numerical examples and compare with the numericalexamples, to prove the research results have certain feasibility, provide a theoretical andpractical support on rapid and stable development of the express delivery industry.
