The electronic commerce develops rapidly in recent years in China.The end distribution is the key point to the realization of electronic commerce,whereas a lot of issues remain in this filed which limits the development of e-commerce companies.Besides,research work in this field is far from enough.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the end distribution issue in e-commerce companies.It will be beneficial for setting up distribution systems with high efficiency that leads to higher delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction,and at the same time lowering the distribution cost.Thus,the research method and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Provide visualized solution for the site selection of multiple distribution station in B2C by using heatmap.The distribution of customer order is reflected by heatmap,especially in case of mass orders,by setting grid model based on big data,tiling heatmap is generated,and then multiple distribution station locations can be calculated.Real case data analysis shows that the order distribution density can be visually revealed by this method which provides strong support to the decision of location selections.(2)Study on the method for the design of flexible regional structure of end distribution in B2C.By collecting data,selecting sampling day and map dotting,distribution service zones are divided which are subdivided into distribution regions according to the ideal customer numbers and work load.A flexible area is settled in the cross region location to cope with the demand changes.(3)Distribution region is divided by employing improved 2-stage K-means cluster algorithm to balance the work load in B2C.This method is fully adapt to the real situation and thus of practicability.Real case analysis demonstrates that this method reaches the goals of balancing work load,lowering distribution cost and improving distribution efficiency.(4)Study on the supporting system for O2O based on LBS and end distribution.Set up basic framework and main work flow.Study ways to send and grab order,and design distribution platform functions and some interfaces.(5)Study on the initial static order sending model and algorithm in O2O.A time window restricted pick-up and delivery operations of O2O static order sending model is built aiming at lowest distribution cost,and solved by improved hybrid self-adaptive genetic algorithm.Real case analysis proves the rationality of the model and the advantage of the improved algorithm.(6)Study on the dynamic order sending model and algorithm in O2O.By combining with rolling time domain and dynamic time axes strategy,the candidate routing sets are analyzed and determined based on buffer area analysis and overlapping analysis.With the goal of rapid response,dynamic insertion algorithm is employed to get the order sending scheme with the lowest inserting cost.The effectiveness and correctness of dynamic insersion algorithm are validated by real case data.(7)Study on the order grabbing algorithm and procedure in O2O.The algorithm based on high/medium/low emergency level is provided as well as the algorithm for combining order and inserting order.
