Research On The Ningxia Luqiao Group Company Financial Strategy

Financial strategy has been considered as a crucial tool to achieve the goal of an enterprise. The enterprise should seek out the new innovation of financial strategy, such as:the update concept of finance, the revolution of financial system, and the indemnification from external institution, in order to reach the goals better.However, the financial strategy concept constitutes the internal culture of an organization and the business financial concepts which in the process of implementation. Financial system provides a powerful support to achieve the goal, and the external system actually guarantees the financial system and the implementation of the concept. Ningxia LuQiao Co.Ltd is a subordinate company of the Ningxia Transportation Department, one of the500largest scale Chinese domestic construction enterprises. The company registered capital of150million Yuan, being provided with the construction capacity of3billion Yuan output value annually. The company is responsible for the numerous highway construction projects, making the positive contribution to State highway construction and Ningxia economic development. According to the twelfth ’five-year plan’of State transportation industry which clearly pointed out the significant development--strengthen the transportation infrastructure construction, and enhance the transportation secure ability, have became an important task in the new era. How to find the appropriate financial strategy-planning within such a complicated environment as in the large-scale development of western region, rapid development, and the great-leap-forward development situation, is a principal problem that should solve during the implementation of an organization.This paper uses the financial indicators, financial management concepts, and the development of the industry environment analysis methods to expound the writer’s point of views. Through the case study of Ningxia LuQiao Co.Ltd financial strategy, and the analysis of current financial management, also, under the new situation of t twelfth’five-year plan’of State transportation industry which focus on western development, this paper proposes the solutions of how to implement the more effective financial strategy, how to improve the present financial system and future financial position, how to increase operational efficiency of enterprise funds, and how to strengthen the ability of controlling financial-risk. Furthermore, this paper gives the own idea to supervise the development of mechanism, around the implementation of financial strategy which committed to control the cost, capital, and risk, also, helps Ningxia LuQiao Co.Ltd organize it own financial strategy, promotes sustainable development rapidly.
