Research On Development Strategy Of Diversification About NWH Engineering Corporation

The diversified development strategy, is one of the development strategy of promoting the sustainable development of enterprises, many enterprises at home and abroad is decentralized operational risks, and have an important choice of producing synergistic effect and expanding the brand advantage. Founded in twentieth Century50in NWH Engineering Corporation, with Hydropower Survey and design the main business, and made some achievements in the field of hydropower. However, according to the planning of hydropower development in China,is expected to2025, hydropower resources in China will be basically completed.This for Hydropower Survey and design industry of NWH, sustainable development is faced with great challenge. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed NWH to its core competitiveness--Based on the survey and design of hydropower, vigorously develop diversified business.This paper first reviews the diversified development of NWH, although NWH from twentieth Century80years, has been exploring diversified development path, but the effect was not significant. Based on this,we find the existing problems in the development of NWH of diversification; Secondly, combining the enterprise strategy theory, core competence theory, theory of diversification strategy, from the angle of management, using system analysis, SWOT analysis and quantitative and qualitative analysis, analyzes the advantages、 weaknesses、 threats and opportunities of diversification development of NWH. Analysis of the current situation and development trend of the survey and design industry, electric power industry, water conservancy industry, municipal industry petrochemical industry, transportation industry, environmental engineering industry,EPC industry, associated with NWH, to clarify the status and development trend of diversified development of NWH related business. And put forward, NWH to its core competitiveness--Based on Hydropower Survey and design business, diversified business from the extension of industry chain and industry to develop in two directions to develop engineering technical service,EPC, project management, investment and so on. Then, this paper uses benchmarking analysis, and conducts the research to the competitiveness of NWH, facing the problem of NWH we select China HQCEC as benchmarking enterprises, and puts forward ways to promote the diversification of NWH. Finally, this paper defines NWH of future diversified development strategy overall strategic target, strategic positioning, diversified development ideas, strategic objectives, development steps, and for the smooth implementation of strategy, and put forward some measures to ensure the diversification development strategy of NWH.This article from the theory to case, from the problem to the countermeasures, carrys out further research and study on the development strategy of diversification about NWH,in order to provides the theory reference and the intellectual support for sustainable development on NWH.
