So, in order to grasp thegolden age of the development of High-technology industry, it’s necessary tofirm the effective development of knowledge economy. The essence of the so-calledknowledge economy is a kind of the new economy which takes knowledgecapital as the core and human resources as the carrier. The competition ofHigh-technology industry is,in the final analysis, the competition of talents. Inorder to improve and strengthen the talent teams and support the boomingdevelopment of an enterprise, a high and new technology industrial enterpriseshould spend more energies and resources on the human resource management. Andhow to make the enterprise salary system more competitive? How to make theenterprise have more gathering strength and attract more talents in high-techindustrial clusters? They are what this article deals with.Guangzhou Shuangyou Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd. is studied in this paper.Based on the present situation of salary system development in this company andreviewing the characteristics of the existing compensation system, this paper putsforward the overall framework and specific content of the optimization designscheme of the salary system in Guangzhou Shuangyou Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.. The paper has divided into five chapters. The first chapter expounds the basictheory on salary management.
