Based On Lean Theory Optimization Of S's Automobile Export Supply Chain Improvement Study

S is a wholly owned subsidiary of the world's top 500 companies,is the independent research and development,manufacturing,marketing,sale in one of the state-owned enterprises.With the domestic market,the increasingly fierce competition in the automotive market,a large number of domestic automobile plant has begun to open up business to foreign markets.S company has just started export business,for the export supply chain on the cost and efficiency of S companies to develop overseas business as a key factor in order to ensure that S companies can successfully carry out overseas business,the urgent need to enhance the S company's automobile export supply chain efficiency and level.In this paper,S company as a case,the use of lean theory,value flow chart analysis technology,selected S company's M model as a research object.First of all,the overall supply chain on the status quo and related issues described to identify the bottleneck;Second,the focus of bottlenecks S company export center production process analysis.Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of the M model,the actual value of the flow chart is drawn according to the actual data.Then,from the eight wastes of the lean theory,the value stream analysis method is used to find the nonvolatile information flow and the future value stream Finally,the improvement of production processes for these improvements and optimization programs to achieve the overall supply chain logistics costs dropped significantly,the export center inventory area decreased,the upstream supplier arrival rate increased,shorten the production cycle,export center production Efficiency improvement,the number of supply chain accidents decreased,the effect of improving the thinking of employees lean thinking,so that S companies in the overseas market competition in the industry to maintain a leading position.
