By using Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to research the mode of Harbin vegetables circulation industry, which find out in the economic benefits, interests butt, product satisfaction, infrastructure and innovation ability have obvious deficiencies. It is emphatically to resolve the imperfection of vegetables circulation subject construction, the low level of vegetables circulation organization, the imperfect of logistics system, the excessive intervention of government, vegetables product quality could not be guaranteed and lack of supervision dynamics. Based on former research, we proposed to develop the rural cooperative organization, set up the information network service platform. Both of these measures are to promoted construction of vegetables circulation marketization. What’s more, the government would support and took policy measures to help vegetables circulation industry efficiency and smooth development.Through the analysis of Harbin vegetables circulation’s present situation, this paper put forward that it is helpful to development of Harbin direct business vegetables in order to promote the development of vegetable circulation industry. Finally, in three aspects to suggest the development of Harbin vegetables direct business mode, which is the construction of vegetables circulation industry, government supervision and management, operation conditions and so on. The research of Harbin vegetables direct business mode will promote the development of Harbin vegetables circulation industry, progress the modern agriculture and transform the way of economic development.
