Analysis On The Reconstruction Of The "Internet+" Business Model For The Integration Of Agricultural Enterprises In The Processing And Circulation Industry

In recent years,In recent years,China’s agricultural development has achieved remarkable results,but the huge challenges still exist.The "big country,three rural areas" are facing the difficulties of the lemon market,the plight of weak and small farmers,and the major test of the trinity of market and government "dual insurance" failure.While implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and promoting agricultural modernization,agricultural development is an important economic growth point.Agricultural enterprises involved in the processing and circulation industry are the main body of agricultural production and operation,and an important support for rural economic development.Their level of development will affect the resolution and long-term development of agricultural,rural,and farmer issues.Due to the rapid progress of Internet technology and the rapid development of a new round of scientific and technological revolution,the emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence(AI),the Internet of Things(Io T),the fifth generation mobile communication(5G),big data,cloud computing,and blockchain are constantly changing.There is an urgent need to reshape the "Internet plus" modern agricultural innovation system,foster a new "Internet plus" modern agricultural industry format,adapt to and lead the New Normal of economic development,To improve the quality and efficiency of modern agricultural production.It is imperative for traditional business models of agricultural enterprises in the processing and circulation industry to integrate "Internet+",optimize and integrate traditional elements,and create new commercial forms.However,during the reconstruction process,agricultural enterprises face a series of problems such as a lack of advanced concepts,low production efficiency,and low corporate credit.Agricultural enterprises involved in the processing and circulation industry are important carriers for promoting the sales and value realization of agricultural products.Their development directly affects the overall efficiency,quality,and efficiency of the agricultural product supply chain,as well as the construction of the market processing and circulation system and industrial restructuring and upgrading.In view of this,this article studies the mechanism of the impact of "Internet+" on the business model of agricultural enterprises in the processing and circulation industry.Research has shown that based on nine key elements such as value proposition and target customer group,a business model is constructed,a comprehensive evaluation index system for business model benefits is established,and existing business model reconstruction cases of agricultural enterprises in the processing and circulation industry are analyzed.A business model reconstruction strategy is proposed,which is both necessary and feasible.The research provides theoretical support for improving the operational efficiency and level of agricultural enterprises in China’s processing and circulation industry,and promoting the development of agricultural industrialization in China.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)In the research on the reconstruction of the "Internet+" business model for the integration of agricultural enterprises in the processing and circulation industry,this article first applies the Osterwalder business model canvas reference model theory to construct a business model analysis framework based on nine key elements such as value proposition and target customer group.It combines the advantages of the SDBSC six dimensional balanced scorecard and draws on stakeholder theory to set,screen,and interpret the evaluation index system,Establish a three-level matrix comprehensive evaluation system consisting of 9 elements controlled by the target layer and 29 indicators under it.Secondly,the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to compare the relative importance of the elements of the comprehensive evaluation layer in pairs by using the Delphi method method for the element layer and the indicator layer.The judgment matrix for the comparison in pairs is obtained,and the index weight is allocated.Finally,the weight summary data of the relative weight and absolute weight is obtained.So far,the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of the business model has been established.(2)After constructing a comprehensive benefit evaluation index system for business models,this article conducts empirical analysis using Wanlu Agricultural Enterprise as a specific case.The specific measures are as follows:firstly,select the period from 2014 to2022 as the time span,and use 2018 as the time node for the reconstruction of the business model of the case enterprise.Assign values to 29 indicators:among them,20 qualitative indicators are evaluated in the form of a survey questionnaire;Nine quantitative indicators are assigned to the original data within the first step of taking the time period.Afterwards,the FCE fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to handle the differences in the original values.Therefore,a fuzzy membership function was established for dimensionless quantitative indicators,and both qualitative and quantitative indicators were included in the same scoring level vector.Finally,using the FAHP fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method,referring to the weight of fuzzy elements and the score of the comment set,a fuzzy consistency matrix(membership matrix)is established for the first level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and second level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation before and after the reconstruction of the business model.The degree and level of differentiation are obtained to obtain the overall level of the sample for case analysis.(3)Through the research in this article,combined with the own situation of Wanlu Agricultural Enterprise,the development status of agricultural enterprises in China’s processing and circulation industry is analyzed,and the factors that affect the restructuring of enterprise business models are elaborated in detail,and the restructuring strategies are explored.I hope to provide a certain reference basis for the reconstruction and integration of the business model of agricultural enterprises in China’s processing and circulation industry with the "Internet+".
