The Research On Effect About The Adjustment Of Agricultural Industrial Structure On The Economic Growth Of Henan Province

The adjustment of agricultural industrial structure is not only a long-term commitment,but also the urgent problems in agricultural development. As the report of the communistparty’s18th points out: we need to guide farmers to adjust the industrial structure ofagriculture, increase rural incomes through a variety of channels, and make the focus on howto solve the “three rural issues”. Henan province is an agricultural big province and nationalmajor grain-producing areas that located in the Central Plains. Because the development ofHenan agriculture plays a very important role in the national food security, so the agriculturalstructure adjustment becomes important. Based on this, according to the related theories ofeconomics, this paper starts from the development condition of agricultural industry structurein Henan province, and tries to analyze the effects of structural adjustment of agriculturalindustry in Henan Province on economic growth from two aspects of theory and empiricalwith the help of Grey relational analysis method and Grainger co integration analysis. Theresults showed that: firstly, the correlation degree from small to large about the increase inagricultural、forestry、animal husbandry、fishery industry and the total output value ofagriculture is: farming, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery, agriculture, service industry. Thisillustrates a situation that farming and animal husbandry is the dominant industry and workclosely with the economic growth in the agricultural economy of Henan. Secondly, the resultsof Grey relational analysis show that: whether long or short term, the growth relationshipbetween the agricultural、forestry、animal husbandry、fishery industry and economic growthof Henan have maintained positive state. Although the elasticity of long or short term industryto the economic growth is not identical, it is obviously the role of promoting the economicgrowth of Henan. The adjustment structural of Agricultural industry of Henan Province and optimization of farming、forestry,、animal husbandry and fishery all can effectively promoteeconomic growth. On this basis, this paper analyzes the existing industrial structure ofagriculture in Henan province problems, discusses the way of structural adjustment ofagricultural industry in Henan Province aiming at these problems, and puts forward relevantproposals. I hope this paper can provide some valuable reference for the sustainabledevelopment of Henan economy.
