Study On The Mechanism And Countermeasures Of Economic Growth On Agricultural Modernization In Shandong Province

With the development of social economy of China,especially the rapid development of the secondary and tertiary industries,the proportion of agriculture in the national economy has gradually decreased,but its basic position remains unchanged.The rapid development of agricultural modernization has become the internal requirement and realistic choice to promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of the regional social and economic development.The “13th Five-Year Plan” clearly points out that lagging agricultural development is a shortcoming in the all-round development of the economy.It should give full play to the role of inclusive finance and promote the continuous increase of farmers' income,which is beneficial to the good and rapid development of our country's economy.Since the 18 th National Congress,governments at all levels have been committed to promoting rural inclusive financial services and building a robust and efficient rural financial service system with a view to realizing the development of agricultural modernization and improving agricultural economic growth.Shandong is one of the provinces with the strongest economic strength in China,and it is also one of the most developed provinces in agriculture.However,there are obvious regional differences in the level of agricultural development and the level of rural financial development in Shandong.Therefore,the study of the mechanism of economic growth in Shandong Province on agricultural modernization under different financial development levels can not only to enrich the research achievements of agricultural modernization,but also to provide for the improvement of agricultural economic policies for local government departments Theoretical reference in Shandong Province.Based on the research of related literature and basic theories at home and abroad,with the aim of achieving regional socio-economic development,a combination of theoretical and empirical methods was used to study and analyze the relationship between economic development and agricultural modernization in Shandong Province.Specific methods: Select 2007-2016 panel data of 17 cities in Shandong Province,use DEA model to estimate the agricultural TFP and its agricultural modernization index,and use the threshold model to estimate the dynamic relationship between the economic growth of Shandong province and agricultural modernization under different levels of financial development.The research shows that the agricultural modernization development level of Shandong Province is relatively high and the overall trend is increasing.There are obvious differences in the development level of agricultural modernization in each region,of which the eastern and central regions are higher than the western region.The effect of economic growth in Shandong Province on the agricultural modernization is double threshold in nonlinear effect under different levels of financial development;the role of economic growth in the promotion of agricultural modernization has been markedly stable.With the improvement of financial development,the role of economic growth in the promotion of agricultural modernization has continued to increase.Further analysis shows that the level of financial development in the eastern region(Qingdao,Yantai,Weifang,etc.)is significantly higher than that in the western region(Dezhou,Heze,Jining,etc.).The role of economic growth in eastern areas of Shandong Province in promoting agricultural modernization is higher than that of western.Research shows that economic growth has a significant role in promoting the development of agricultural modernization.With the improvement of the level of financial development,economic growth has significantly improved the role of agricultural modernization.In the control variables,information has a role in promoting the modernization of agriculture,but it is not significant,and the role of industrialization and urbanization is weak in agricultural modernization.On this basis,it puts forward policy recommendations to promote the steady development of social and economic development in Shandong and to achieve a sound and rapid development of agricultural modernization.
