Research On Xi Jinping's Important Exposition On Agricultural Modernization

At present,the goal of our country is to build a strong socialist modernization country.The development of agricultural modernization is relatively slow compare with the rapid development of industrialization,urbanization and informatization in China.Agricultural development is the foundation of national economy.Without agricultural modernizationt is incomplete modernization and it needs us to pay more attention to the basic position of agriculture.The report of the 19 th National Congress declares that China has entered a new era and a new stage of economic development.It required us to actively promote the development of agricultural modernization that the promotion of economic globalization and the transformation and upgrading of economic structure.Xi Jinping put forward a series of important discussions on the development of agricultural modernization by inheriting and developing the agricultural development thoughts of Marx 's classic writers and central leaders.He provides direction and path for guiding and solving problems in the process of agricultural modernization.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction part,which describes the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research status,research methods,research innovation and shortcomings.The second part expounds and analyzes Xi Jinping's important exposition of agricultural modernization from three aspects:the ideological source and the realistic social background.It studies the sources of thought from three aspects: the agricultural theory of Marx's classical writers,the theory of agricultural modernization of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping's political practice.The third part studies the main contents of Xi Jinping's important exposition on agricultural modernization: to find out the orientation of agricultural modernization in the new era so as to promote the national modernization construction;Firmly establish a new concept of development,as a guide to promote the construction of agricultural modernization,strengthen the reform and innovation of agricultural development,build a modern agricultural system,accelerate the development process of agricultural modernization;Strengthen support for agricultural development,and feed back the development of agricultural modernization with new industrialization,informatization and urban integration to complement the short board of "synchronization of the four modernizations";Standardizing agricultural production with ecological system;Give full play to the role of policy support and rural governance to provide a strong guarantee for the development of agricultural modernization.The fourth part studies the basic characteristics of Xi Jinping's important exposition of agricultural modernization,which highlights the characteristics of adhering to the new requirements of the development of the times,taking innovation and development as the basic conditions,takingpeople's feelings as the internal requirements,taking overall planning as the necessary conditions,and taking practical work as the guarantee.The fifth part studies the theoretical significance and practical significance of Xi Jinping's important agricultural modernization.It enriches and improves China's agricultural modernization theory on the basis of inheritance and from the reality at the present stage,which provides guidance for the development of agriculture,builds an agricultural power,promotes the development of agricultural and rural farmers,and promotes the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.
