The relationship between the evolution of industrial structure and economic growth has been a problem that scholars discussed constantly.People have been more realized that the economy increased rapidly and steady has relied on the reasonable industrial structure certainly.Which has been aroused a wide concern between the scholars that economic development of Inner Mongo lia since our country come up with the great explo itation in western china,which has been an imperative question how to adjust industrial structure of Inner Mongo lia can effectively improve the level of the development of the region’s economy.Take Inner Mongo lia region as an examp le,this paper collected the output value data of the region’s GDP and three industrial from twelve leagues and cities in Inner Mongo lia from 1996 to 2015,which has been divided into four stages: 1996-2000,2001-2005,2006-2010,2011-2015,each stage using shift-share analysis and grey correlation analys is to explore the influence of industrial structure on economic growth of the leagues and cities in Inner Mongo lia and get the d ifference between space sequence and time sequence of industrial structure in Inner Mongo lia and then determine how the ad justment of industrial structure to play a positive role in promoting economic growth.First,analysis the characteristic about the present situation of Inner Mongolia region industrial structure,compared with the four stages of twelve city industrial structure in the proportion of output value,the change trend of three industries,and output value proportion of leagues and cities and get changes in the leagues and cities in Inner Mongo lia industry,found that in four stages of the leagues and cities in Inner Mongolia,the second industry output value proportion has been in a leading position,and after 2001,the output growth rate of the leagues and cities in Inner Mongo lia has been ris ing.The second industry is growing at more than 20% every year and the second output value proportion is ris ing constantly and industrial structure has been imbalanced,show that the leagues and cities in Inner Mongolia has already entered a mode of energy intensive and ineffic ient development,and this kind of development mode in the leagues and cities in Inner Mongolia lasted for around eight years.The eastern region has the shortest duration for six years in general and the western region has the longest that lasted for 10 years.This phenomenon shows that the unreasonable industrial structure has been increased in a short time,but cannot have a stable and constant development and lead to a slowdown in the economy development for unreasonable structure finally.Analysis the current situation of the region economy in Inner Mongolia,analyzed and compared with the rate of economic growth and the total economic growth of leagues and cities in Inner Mongo lia from the time series and spatial sequence.Found that in Inner Mongo lia economic development on the space with the most rapid development in the middle and west region of Inner Mongolia,the eastern region economic development,and in 2001-2010 the leagues and cities in Inner Mongolia has a rapid speed of economic growth,the speed in 2006-2008 period has reached the highest peak.And the total economic growth has been greatly promoted,Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos has been accounted for more than half of the total output value of Inner Mongolia and the main economic located in the middle and west region.Based on the analysis of industrial structure and economic development situation of Inner Mongo lia,using the grey correlation analys is method and analys is the degree of correlation between the three industries and economic development,as the change of time,in the four stages,the correlation between the first industry and economic growth has been decreased,in recent twenty years the industry’s effect on economic growth is more and more small,while the second industry and the tertiary industry in the twenty years of correlation analysis,relevance is the overall rise,the second industry and increas ing ro le in promoting the economic development of the tertiary industry. |
